According to Cobb County Police, a front seat passenger was fatally injured when the vehicle he was riding in was struck on the passenger side. Both drivers and the one passenger were transported to North Fulton Hospital where the deceased never regained consciousness. The Tuesday evening accident is still under investigation and charges may be pending.
