Two Vehicle Accident - One Fatality and Three Injured in Gainesville, Georgia

On Sunday, February 14, 2010, a two-car accident occurred in Gainesville, Georgia on Browns Bridge Road, according to the police officers on the scene. Jose Pacheco, 70 years of age, attempted to make a left hand turn from Spring Road onto Browns Bridge Road. Mr. Pacheco pulled into the path of another vehicle, driven by Pedrick Barrett, 27 years of age.

The passenger in Mr. Pacheco's vehicle, Magdalena Zamarippa, 65 years of age, passed away from the injuries sustained in the accident. Mr. Pacheco, Mr. Barrett and a passenger in Mr. Barrett's vehicle were transported to Northeast Georgia Medical Center to seek a medical evaluation.

According to the police officers on the scene, possible charges are going to be made against Mr. Pacheco.
