Two Vehicle Accident With Injuries in Rome, Georgia | Douglas County, Georgia Accident Lawyer

On Saturday, November 28, 2009, two people were transported to Floyd Medical Center from injuries sustained in a car accident. According to the Floyd County Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of GA Highway 53 and West Hermitage Road. Nicholas Hindon, twenty nine years of age, was traveling in a Chevrolet Cobalt and Edward Smith, forty four years of age, was traveling in a Ford F-250 at the time of the accident. Mr. Smith was pulling out onto New Calhoun Highway to turn when he struck Mr. Hindon’s vehicle.

Mr. Nicolas Hindon was transported to the hospital along with his passenger for minor injuries from the auto accident.

The Floyd County Police Department cited Edward Smith for failure to yield.
