University of Georgia Student Dies in Jackson County Car Accident

UGA faculty, staff, and students– who are still mourning the loss of well-loved graduate Miley Duvall from a tragic car accident on I-85– have lost another student due to a car accident. Rising sophomore Brian Cole Butler died Saturday morning in a Jackson County wreck in his hometown of Commerce, Georgia. According to www.redandblack.com, the University of Georgia student "apparently lost control of his car and slammed into a tree." Alcohol was not involved in the accident.
