University of Kentucky Student & Family Killed in Tragic Georgia Car Accident | Metro Atlanta Wrongful Death Lawyer

A recent car accident on I-75 in Georgia turned tragic when a University of Kentucky student, along with her family, was killed in the crash, according to the Kentucky Kernel online. The student, a junior and biology major at UK, died July 2 on her way to Orlando to audition for "American Idol." The devastating accident also killed her sister, her mother, her mother's boyfriend who was driving at the time of the fatal collision around 2:30 a.m. The female student was reportedly engaged and hoping to attend medical school. According to Georgia State Police, the Saturn was almost at a complete stop while trying to block a Honda when a Penske truck crashed into both vehicles. The Saturn burst into flames following the collision. According to the Kernel, police are still investigating the crash and trying to determine if road rage was a factor.
