Woman Dies in I-285 Accident Due to Debris
Sandy Springs police Lieutenant Steve Rose reported that a woman died in an accident on I-285 Sunday evening, October 5, when she was trying to drive around debris on the interstate. According to the WSBTV website, the woman was attempting to avoid a truck bed liner in her path when her vehicle struck the median wall, causing her to die instantly in the 7:30 a.m. Atlanta area crash. Further details were not yet released at the time of the report.
