Woman Injured When Ejected from Vehicle on I-285 in Atlanta Last Night
A woman was injured in a car accident on Interstate 285 in Atlanta Thursday night (July 31) when she was ejected from her vehicle and went through the windshield. She was then airlifted to an Atlanta area hospital for treatment. The crash is currently under investigation, and the number of vehicles involved in the accident is not yet known. Fulton County transportation officials temporarily shut down all lanes of I-285 in Atlanta near Cascade Rd. as they worked to clear the highway.
