We represent people who performed heavy labor work. Some time ago a client suffered a serious shoulder injury. This injury was initially treated very conservatively with oral medications and physical therapy. Following an MRI he was diagnosed with a SLAP tear. He underwent surgical intervention and later returned to light duty work capacity. Shortly after returning to work he experienced increased pain and discomfort. He returned to his authorized treating physician and later learned the anchors that were used to repair the labrum in the initial surgery had become dislodged within his shoulder capsule. He then underwent a second surgery.
We were able to resolve this client's workers' compensation issues and ultimately reach a settlement for him.
