You can file a claim yourself or you can do so with the assistance of an attorney. Remember, that there may be time limits in filing such a claim, so do not delay. If you have a Worker's Compensation related injury and your employer refuses to file a claim for Worker's Compensation, you should do so with the State Board of Worker's Compensation immediately or contact an attorney to assist you.
