★ You may select the physician of your choosing from the employer’s list of doctors. You may also make a one time change to another physician on this list without the approval of the employer or insurance company. We can properly guide you in this selection.

★ Immediate medical treatment for your injury at the employer’s expense.

★ You are entitled to mileage reimbursement if you use your personal vehicle for transportation to and from the doctor, physical therapy, the pharmacy etc. If this is not timely paid, you are entitled to penalties as well. We can help you get the reimbursement you are entitled to. If you do not have transportation for the necessary doctor’s appointments you are entitled to transportation being provided to you by the insurance company.

★ If you are not receiving your weekly checks (Temporary Total Disability benefits) in a timely manner you may be entitled to late penalties. We can research and seek to obtain these penalties for you.

★ The employer can not suspend your weekly checks without following specific guidelines. We can research to see if the legal requirements necessary to stop benefits have been properly followed.
