According to the Newnan police department, a passenger was injured when the vehicle was rear-ended by another car. The accident happened on GA Hwy 34 Bullsboro Drive at Farmer Street. The Newnan police investigated the incident and found that the defendant was at fault.

The passenger had to receive medical treatment after the accident. They are continuing treatment.
