Each year there are over 6 million car crashes in America. These accidents result in about 3 million serious injuries and over 40,000 deaths annually. In Georgia alone, over 1,600 people die behind the wheel each year.

Georgia only requires that drivers carry 25/50/25 insurance. This means that it is legal for drivers in Georgia to carry insurance policies that will pay out as little as $25,000 for a single injury or $50,000 for all injuries in an accident. If the other driver has minimum insurance coverage and his negligence causes you to be in the hospital for any extended period of time, his insurance will not fully cover your injuries.
